Photos, Top to Bottom, Left to Right
The first two photos are of a house on Miller road in Ann Arbor. This project called for doubling the size of the house, while leaving room to build an attached garage. The challenge was doing it on a pie shaped lot.
The next photo is a family room addition in Pineview Estates, Ypsilanti Township. Thomas preserved the homeowners deck, reattaching it at the conclusion of the job.
The Photo below it is of an addition on a rental property in an Ann Arbor historic district.
Next, a seamless family room and mudroom home addition, abuts an existing detached garage. This required working with the city of Ypsilanti to acquire a set back variance.
In the lower right hand corner is a photo of a 12 sq. ft. addition, turning an L shaped kitchen into a triangle. The floor plan is under the tab labled "drawings". Note the large windows.
